
Adedare
Born and brought up in the ancient city of Ibadan, Nigeria, West of Africa; Dare Olúfèrè, as he is popularly known, is an African enthusiast. His works of art; both in painting and music revolve around Africa and her heritage dying by the day. He ventures into the deep, sacred and rich culture of his people, Yoruba, thereby erupting values at the bed of the culture tailored to reflect contemporary societal conditions.
Having been taught by Nigerian veteran artists, Tope Fatumbi, and highly influenced by Ebenezer Akinola and Taiwo
He has participated in local exhibitions in Nigeria which includes Life In My City (LIMCAF) by Alliance Francaise Port Harcourt, 2019 and Ibadan Art Fair, 2019. He has also featured in International exhibition which includes Collect call/Diaspora dial by Forme Femine Art, Berlin and Orisa Ori by Yoruba Gallery, London. He is a graduate of Music from the Nigeria premier university, University of Ibadan.
